Dedicated to my father who was a chef for over 40 years, I made a recipe book of all the dishes I have learned from him and combined it with what I have learned over the course of my life. Cooking is one of my favorite hobbies and I cook with Michelle everyday (she started during quarantine when COVID happened lol). The kitchen is the heart of the home.
